What we collect, and what we don't.
Plain language. No dark patterns. The site works whether you accept analytics or not.
We never store your IP address
If you send us an inquiry, our server computes a one-way salted hash of your IP and stores only the hash, used to dedupe submissions and stop spam. The raw IP is never written down or logged. We do this deliberately, ahead of pending rules that may treat IP addresses as personal information.
Analytics, only with your say-so
- If you accept: we use analytics (PostHog) with cookies to understand how the site performs, and Customer.io to follow up by email if you reach out.
- If you reject: we switch to cookieless, anonymous measurement only. No cookies, no identifiers, no profile. We still get an aggregate sense of what's working.
- Before you choose: nothing loads.
Our analytics is configured to discard IP data at the source. We honor your browser's Do Not Track signal.
When you contact us
If you book a call or send the inquiry form, we keep the details you give us (name, email, what you'd like to dig into) so we can reply and, if there's a fit, help. We don't sell it, rent it, or feed it to anyone else.
Your choices
You can change your analytics choice any time.
